Our exclusive Shellspen Ceramic Shell process features the

two-part Shellspen Suspension System (SSS) . 

You may  purchase our ORIGINAL  SSS-AA kits which work with the

four “Part-2” A-A Base Supply Kits from REMET*.

Or you may choose to purchase our ORIGINAL SSS-AA kits

to use with your own base supplies**.  These kits feature our original formula

for use with the A-A (ALUMINASILICATE / Gray) ceramic shell process.

NEW are our FUSED SILICA (F-S) KITS:  

SSS-FS kits can be mixed with either the 

four “Part-2” F-S Base Supply Kits from REMET*, 

or  with your own base supplies** of  FUSED SILICA. 

SSS-FS kits feature our new SHELLSPEN  formula.

NEW are our Plastic Viscosity Test Cups, 

used to measure the viscosity of your slurry mixture. These cups allow 

you to adjust your slurry to the correct viscosity for the 

ceramic shell slurry coating process.

Viscosity Test Cups are plastic and reusable. Catalog # 1-VIS. $ 10.00 each.

* REMET® is our preferred supplier. Our alliance with REMET

enables them to furnish the “Part-2” Base Supply Kits in A-A and F-S,

to use with the Shellspen Suspension System (SSS). 

We recommend REMET, because they are knowledgeable

about the Ceramic Shell Process and have worked closely with 

Shellspen  to perfect these kits at cost savings to customers. 

** If you prefer to use your own Base Supplies, 

contact us to find out how easy the SSS kits are to use.

REMET  Base Supply kits, or whether you prefer to combine our SSS kits 

with your own Base Supplies, you will eliminate,
